This year’s Eithne Walls Research Meeting took place in the Education & Conference Centre, Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital, from 2pm to 5.00pm on the 20th of June 2019.

All trainees in Ophthalmology, ENT and Anaesthetics are invited to present a scientific paper, clinical case or case series.
Participants have the opportunity to win one of the following awards for best presentation:
- The Eithne Walls Memorial Medal (Ophthalmology) & Bursary
- The Research Foundation Clinical Prize (all specialties), Bursary
- The Aongus Curran Medal (ENT)
